I Will Excercise Daily; Even If It Kills Me
Okay I am on day 4 of my personal goal of working out daily. I keep falling off the wagon and having to start over. *Groans.* This will happen . My first goal is to hit 14 days in a row without missing a day.
My current workout habits are walking and swimming. I hope to expand those into a more verity of exercises. I've already lost over 25 lbs. in the last 3 months and in 3 months from today I have a family wedding to go to and my goal is to loose another 20 lbs. by then.
It'll take everything I have to loose that weight by December, but I want to be another dress size smaller by then too. So to looking H.O.T. (Healthy, Outgoing & Toned) by the new year.
